Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ONAERON piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including any tags or protective wrapping).

  • Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

2. How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at info@onaeron.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe).

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@onaeron.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover all return shipping costs for approved cases and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping fees, customs, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a courier with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
